Please let me know the date of your event! It takes a minimum of 6 business days to create and ship cake toppers. Any orders under 6 days will need to have priority or express shipping upgrades added at checkout to ensure it arrives on time for your event. SIZE (may vary due to the fact that is handmade): 3 to 4 inches in height ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Cake toppers are made to order and shipped accordingly to the date you provide in the personalization section. Items will not ship according to the date that provides. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS Fondant decorations can be stored in the box they were shipped. Place the box ( can be opened) in a cool and dry area away from moisture. Do not place your fondant cake topper in the refrigerator or freezer. Do not place in direct sunlight- it will softens the fondant and loose its shape. You are provided with toothpicks to stabilize the cake topper on the cake. The cake topper already has holes that will fit the toothpicks. RETURN, CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY Returns & Exchange: We cannot except returns or exchanges since each product is handmade after the order is received. Damage: If items arrive damaged, please contact the shop immediately! Attach an image of the damage piece with your message. We will address almost all degrees of damage. In very rare cases if the damage is severe we may be able to issue a partial refund. You must provide a photograph for any remedial action from Cakes Deelux. Cancellation: If you change your mind after placing an order or an unfortunate event occurs, I gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase.
